Q: How does the deposit/sales work?

A: If you see an available puppy that you like, we recommend you to put a deposit on the puppy. We have a lot of people that are interested in our puppies and can’t promise you will get the puppy you want unless you place a hold on him/her with a deposit fee ranging from $500 – $3,000, depending on the price of the puppy and length of time we are holding the puppy, and they are non-refundable. 

All puppies that are sold/picked up in the state of CA.  Please include 9.85% for tax on the total Price of the puppy. We accept deposits through Chase quick pay, Wire Transfer, In-Bank deposit, Bank Transfer. Rest of balance is accepted through cash, wire or cashiers check. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Once you place a deposit on a puppy, you are intending on purchasing the puppy.  A deposit is not intended for you to have more time to think about getting the puppy or not.  

If you change your mind and decide on a different puppy, you can change your decision in the first 24 hrs and use the deposit for a different available puppy. If you place two deposits on 2 different puppies and change your mind, the deposit placed on one of the puppies does not go towards the other puppy with the deposit already placed.  That would go towards a different puppy.  We have these policies to be fair to all our customers.  If you decide not to take the puppy you placed a deposit on, you will forfeit your deposit.

From the time you leave the deposit you have 5 days to arrange payment and pick-up / shipping.  If payment is not paid in time, you forfeit your deposit and any payments made.  If more time is needed please contact us and we can make arrangements.  Additional days needed beyond the 5 days, there will be a boarding fee of $50/day, upon availability. All deposits are NON refundable.  All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.  Also we only accept paypal for deposits, if the puppy is shipped, if you are coming to pick up the puppy, paypal cannot be used as a form of payment.  The remaining balance will need to be paid in a Bank Transfer, Wire or Chase Quickpay.  Thank you. Q: Do you ship your puppies?

A: Shipping is available. We can send the puppy to the airport near you as long as the service is available. Shipping cost is $400 depending where you live in addition to the puppy’s adoption fee. This fee will pay for the plane ticket, health certificate, a traveling crate and the handling charge. After your payment has been received in full, we will book the flight and give you all the details for pickup.

Q: What about vaccinations?
A: All puppies have their shots up to date. We will guide you with how to complete the set of shots as far as dates and type of vaccines.

Q: How can I know the puppy is healthy?
A: We do not let any puppy go home with their family if we feel he or she isn’t ready for their new home.  All our puppies have been health checked by our vet, and come with our health guarantee.  We require all our customers to get the puppy checked by a vet within 48 hrs from the pick up date. If from some reason the puppy has a life threatening disease you can return it within 24 hrs for an replacement puppy.  If a puppy dies within a week a replacement puppy will be given.  No refunds are given.  If said buyer changes mind, there are no exchange of puppy.

If shipping is necessary, we take the puppy to issue a health certificate before he/she can go on a plane. This assures the health of the puppy; however we still require you to get the puppy checked by your vet no later then 72 hrs from time of delivery.

Q: Are your puppies registered?
A: We do not give out registration papers for our puppies, our babies are sold as PETS ONLY.  

Q: Where can I see the puppies?

Q: Do you have a health guarantee?

A: Yes all of our puppies come with a written health guarantee up to 1 year of age.  We cover upto 1 years of age of life threatening congenital defects.  We do not cover hypoglycemia, worms, or other causes that are not genetic.  We also do not guarantee size or color of puppy.  

We estimate size and color based on parents of the puppy.  Also all of our pups must be taken to the vet within 48 hours of receiving the puppy or once the puppy leaves our home for our health guarantee to be put into action.
